Support and Training

Included in the purchase of a software license, AFRY offers a 1-day online training course on its components and uses. If additional training is required, AFRY’s experts are available for additional personal consultancy or training of groups. Costs associated with additional training are negotiated on a client-specific basis. Read more about training

AFRY also offers bug fixing and maintenance support to its license holders (included in the software license agreement). Through the support mailbox at intelligentscenariomodelling@afry.com, bugs can be reported which are dealt with by the appropriate AFRY staff and resolutions are communicated back to the client(s). 

Software Maintenance Service

AFRY Intelligent Scenario Modelling licenses (*) entitle the customer to receive software upgrades and software updates during the software maintenance service term. During the protection period, the AFRY Intelligent Scenario Modelling licenses also entitle the customer to get help with questions on:

  • Installation and license activation
  • AFRY Intelligent Scenario Modelling software functionality
  • Basic modelling

*For AFRY Intelligent Scenario Modelling Perpetual License, the software maintenance service must be renewed annually through a 1-Year Maintenance Plan.
